1. Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., seeking quashing of the order dated 02.09.2022 (P-2), passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amritsar, whereby the petitioner was declared a Proclaimed Person in case FIR No. 217 dated 05.12.2021, under Sections 379-B(2) and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Majitha Road, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar, as well as all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in compliance with the order dated 21.08.2023, the petitioner surrendered before the learned Trial Court and was thereafter remanded to judicial custody. Subsequently, the petitioner filed a petition, i.e., CRM-M- 51941-2023, seeking regular bail. He was granted interim bail by the Co- ordinate Bench vide order dated 31.01.2024.
