The petitioner, through the medium of the present petition, has sought a direction upon the official respondents to take action against the persons who have illegally encroached upon the public pathway leading to his house located in Khasra No. 310 min of Village Alni Gangota, Tehsil Bhalessa-(Gandoh), District Doda. 02. It has been submitted that despite making representations before the official respondents, the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed by the official respondents. 03. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied if a direction is issued to Serial No. 106 2 WP(C) No. 2587/2025 the official respondents to consider his representation and take action in the matter in accordance with law. 04. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to consider the representation stated to have been made by the petitioner in respect of the aforesaid matter and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date a copy of this order is made available to the official respondents. 05.
