This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to relieve him from ITI Kanker to join at transferred place of posting i.e. ITI Sariya, District- Raigarh. 2. The petitioner is directed to handover charge to senior most Training Officer deployed in ITI Kanker who in turn will accept the handing over the charge and the petitioner will be relieved from ITI Kanker to join at transferred place of posting i.e. ITI Sariya, District- Raigarh. 3. The senior most Training Officer is directed to see that all the formalities required for handing/taking over charge will be fulfilled in accordance with rules and the said exercise shall be completed within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
