For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the condition imposed on the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crl.P.No.8968 of 2025, dated 12.09.2025, directing that the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 shall be released on bail on they executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways-Cum-VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, is hereby modified as follows: The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 herein shall be released on bail on they executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways-Cum-VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.
