Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3.Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the nature of relief sought for by the plaintiffs arises out of similar cause of action and they are jointly interested in the suit arose within the jurisdiction of this Court and requested this Court to allow the present application. 4.Upon considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application and taking into consideration that the plaintiffs are jointly interested and seeking same relief under similar cause of action falling within the jurisdiction of this Court and being satisfied with the same, the A.No.1978 of 2025 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to join the cause of action and permit the plaintiffs to prosecute their releifs jointly in the present suit before this Court.
