In the present petition, the petitioners claim that Cheruvu Poramboke situate in Siddagunta Village, Balayapalle Mandal, which is otherwise meant for public use has been illegally encroached upon by encroachers. It is stated that repeated representations filed before the District Collector (respondent No.2) and the Tahsildar (respondent No.4) have not elicited any response at all. 2 HCJ & CGR, J WP(PIL)_221_2025 2. The issues which are raised in the present petition were also issues which were raised before a Division Bench of this Court in W.P(PIL).No.140 of 2022 and batch decided on 14.09.2022 wherein directions had been given in regard to the lands which are otherwise to be protected. 3. Be that as it may, we dispose of the present petition in terms of the directions already issued in WP(PIL).No.140 of 2022 and batch dated 14.09.2022. The authorities concerned shall follow the mandate and the directions issued in WP(PIL).No.140 of 2022 and batch and take appropriate action. In case any further information is required, the petitioners may be directed to provide the same. The outcome of the action be intimated to the petitioners preferably within a period of four months.
