Report submitted by the State reflects that no construction has been done pursuant to the directions passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kakdwip. Learned advocate for the respondent nos.5 to 9 is present and submits that if the petitioner visits the property referred to in the writ petition, they do not have any objection. In spite of the same, the petitioner apprehend that he may be subjected to harassment. In case the petitioner do not feel confident, he will inform the local police station and thereafter visit the share of the property which he was enjoying earlier. 2 Police would ensure that there is no breach of the peace or tranquility or any untoward incident which may result as strained relationship exists between the petitioner and the private respondents. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 29732 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
