This application u/s 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as B.N.S.S.) has been filed for quashing of entire proceedings, including order dated 19.03.2025, of Complaint Case No. 685 of 2022, under Section - 406 I.P.C., Police Station- Nawabganj, District - Prayagraj, pending before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.16, Allahabad. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prayer made above is not being pressed and the applicant is willing to appear before the trial Court and a direction may be made to the trial Court to decide the bail application of applicant expeditiously in accordance with settled law. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case, applicant appears / surrenders before the court concerned within a period of three weeks from today and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with settled law. For a period of three weeks from today or till the applicant surrenders before the court below, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant in the aforesaid case. 5.
