1. This is an o/ce reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 21.03.2025 passed in MCRC No. 2244 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Nikhil Sonwani, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certi9ed copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment.

2 Kabirdham (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 24.09.2025 has requested for grant of one month additional time for concluding the trial.
4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in the present case, at this stage, the cross-examination of one remaining witness is to be conducted and in addition, one more witness is to be examined and cross-examined pursuant to the order passed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. Both the remaining witnesses are police o/cials, and their evidence will facilitate the early conclusion of the trial. Therefore, it is most humbly prayed that this Court may kindly grant at least one month’s time for completing the remaining evidence so that the matter may be 9nally adjudicated at the earliest.
5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of one month from the date of receipt of a certi9ed copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o6 with the aforesaid direction.
7. Registry is directed to send a certi9ed copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/- (Ramesh Sinha)
