This Court, vide order dated 16.04.2025, passed in MCRC No. 2928 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Oma Suman, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. It transpires from the perusal of the PUD that, in the present case, a total of 12 witnesses are listed, out of which the evidence of three witnesses is yet to be recorded. Summons/warrants have been issued to them, but they have not appeared, resulting in delay in conducting the trial expeditiously. Hence, the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some more time. Therefore, he prays for grant of further time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 7.
