The present application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 5.4.2025 passed by Additional Judge, Family Court, Court No.2, Allahabad in maintenance Case No. 1173 of 2022 (Smt. Himansh Gupta v. Prashant Kumar Kesarwani), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., whereby an application to enhance the interim maintenance awarded by the present Additional Principal Family Court, Allahabad. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
