The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the proposal of the Official Respondents to recover seigniorage charges for refilling of earth in execution of work with regard to laying of pipelines at Bethapudi Lift Irrigation Scheme on Kondaveetivagu of Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District. 5. When this matter was listed on 08.12.2025, this Court has recorded that there is no representation on behalf of the Writ Petitioner and listed the matter under the caption 8for dismissal9 today. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the Writ Petitioner. 6. In this view of the matter, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. 7.
