The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per F.I.R., 6.5 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from bamboo clump. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioners. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Spl. Excise Court No. I cum Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bidupur P.S.
