GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to Issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in harassing the petitioner and interfering with her peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property in Survey No.119 to an extent of Ac. 3.96 cents of Turlapadu Village, Chandralapadu Mandal, NTR District, at the instance of the 5th respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and Direct the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 not to interfere in the civil 2 dispute relating to the subject property and to provide protection to the petitioner and her family members from harassment at the instance of the 5th respondent.” 2. Sri B.Parameswararao, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondent. 3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home seeks time to get instructions in the matter. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. In the event of any crime registered against the petitioner, the police are directed to follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
