The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Shikaripara P.S. Case No. 115/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2) & 61 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66C & 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Dumka. 3. On 07.12.2024 at about 11:00 A.M., Shikaripara police, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Shikaripara College More, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, mobile phones were recovered from their possession. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that no person has turned up to claim that he has been cheated by this petitioner. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Dumka in connection with Shikaripara P.S.
