JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner. 2. Heard Sri Bhargava D Bhat, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, Smt Rashmi R rao, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri B N Jagadeesh, learned Additional State Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3. 3. The petitioner, a telecom infrastructure service provider is before the Court on the score that the police have not accorded such protection as was sought for, for the purpose of erection of telecom tower in terms of an agreement entered into between it and the owner of the property. The learned counsel submits that if a direction is issued to consider police protection, it would suffice for the present. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:36856 WP No. 24940 of 2025 4. In the light of the representation being submitted by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent police shall accord such police protection, only after assessment of a threat in real time in erection of the tower in the property.
