A case has been registered being Dholahat Police Station case no. 359/2025 against Bhagyadhar Halder, Dinanath Halder, Jagadish Halder, Ram Halder, Sanat Mondal and Bilash Mondal, the same was after the information which was submitted by Mithun Mondal, the petitioner/applicant herein. Petitioner/applicant complains that he is unable to enter the property. In case the petitioner/applicant is resisted, since a case has already been registered under the relevant provisions of law, particularly for wrongful confinement and/or wrongful restraint petitioner/applicant will approach the jurisdictional Court bringing it to the notice of the said Court regarding the over action of the private respondents who are restraining the petitioner/applicant to enter and enjoy his property. Learned Magistrate would assess the genuinity of the accusations and thereafter 2 passes necessary directions upon the Inspector-in- Charge, Dholahat Police Station.
