Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners in connection with Lalbag P.S. Case No.93 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No.284 of 2024 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Cuttack on the grounds stated therein. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. 4. Mr. Patnaik, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the co-sharers of the property involved, in respect of which, the complaint was filed and registered as ICC Case No.571 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No.284 of 2024. The submission is that no registration has taken place in respect of the property owned by the parties. The further submission is that the complaint claiming herself to be the wife of late Pratap Chandra Sahu has filed the complaint. p. 2 5. Recorded the objection of the state. 6. Having regard to the nature of allegations revealed from the FIR at Annexure-1 and the dispute between the parties and it is lodged at the instance of the complainant, who claims as the wife of one of the co-sharers, who is dead, this Court is of the view that the petitioners should be granted pre-arrest bail with suitable conditions imposed. It is, hence, directed that in the event, the petitioners are arrested, they shall be released on bail in connection with Lalbag P.S. Case No.93 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No.284 of 2024 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Cuttack by the Arresting Officer with a condition that they shall cooperate in the investigation and to continue to do so, till its completion. 7.
