In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Shri Ashutosh Mishra, counsel representing the opposite parties has filed an affidavit of the opposite parties disclosing that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the District Basic Education Officer, Muzaffarnagar has decided and rejected the claim of the applicant vide his order dated 25.01.2025. The order dated 25.01.2025 has also been annexed with the affidavit. As the order passed by the writ court has been complied by the opposite parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notices issued to the opposite parties are discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 25.01.2025 on merits before appropriate forum.
