This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming following reliefs : (i) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this writ petition and consequently, issue an appropriate writ/order/direction thereby directing the learned Family Court, Raipur (C.G.) to expedite the case no. 1154/2023 within stipulated time period. 2 learned Family Court, Raipur (C.G.) to complete the trial of the case no. 1154/2023 in time bound manner. (iii) That any other order/relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, proper and just in the facts and circumstances of the present case may also kindly be awarded to the petitioner in the ends of justice & equity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the Principle Judge Family Court, Raipur, CG which is at present pending before the 2nd Additional Principle Judge, Family Court, Raipur, CG (For short Family Court) as Case No. 1154 of 2023. He submits that the application for divorce was filed in the month of December, 2023 and almost lapse of two years, the same has not been taken to its logical conclusion. He submits that on one pretext of other the respondent is delaying the proceedings by filing different applications at different occasions. Therefore, he prays that the learned Family Court may be
directed to conclude the trial and decide the same within a stipulated period of time.

Perusal of document appended in this writ petition indicates that earlier seeking for the similar relief, another writ petition bearing WP227 No. 627 of 2025 was filed by the petitioner which was disposed of by the co- ordinate Bench vide its order dated 10.07.2025 and observed that the learned Family Court to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of pending Case No. 1154 of 2023 expeditiously. Despite of order of this Court again for the same relief, this writ petition has been filed. This writ petition is misconceived therefore, this writ petition is dismissed. Sd/-
