The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chandauti P.S Case No.85/2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 333, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. This is the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioners. The petitioners had earlier moved this court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.43229/2024 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner sought permission to withdraw Cr. Misc. No.43229/2024, accordingly, the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37337 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 21.06.2024 (Annexure-P/1), as such the Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application. 4.
