This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the proceeding being Session Case No. 192 of 2022 in connection with Habibpur Police Station Case No. 671 of 2022 dated 24.02.2022 under Sections 14(A)(B)/14(C) of the Foreigners Act, 1946 pending before the Court of Learned Assistant Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Malda. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner/ Jugisti @ Jagasti Baski pleaded guilty and also filed an application to that effect. In support of his contention learned counsel has referred to the certified copy of the order dated 08.05.2023. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that Learned Assistant Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Malda did not pass any order after the petitioner pleaded guilty when the charge was read over an explanation to him. It is further submitted that a separate application has also been filed on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Considering the nature of prayer, service of notice upon the opposite party stands dispensed with. 5. Learned Assistant Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Malda is directed to dispose of the application filed on behalf of the petitioner/ Jugisti @ Jagasti Baski pleaing guilty of the charge framed against him, within 15 days from date of communication of this order as it further appears from the order dated 08.05.2023 that the petitioner already pleased guilty after charge was read over an explanation to him. 6. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of. 7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings. 8. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court. 9. Petitioner is at liberty to make communication of this order to the Learned Assistant Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Malda forthwith for strict compliance of the order. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.) 2 3
