By means of present writ petition petitioner has sought following reliefs: “(i) To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 30.4.2014 passed by District Basic Education Officer, Allahabad as contained in Annexure No. 17 to this writ petition. (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to join the duty and also prayed that respondents may be directed to go on making salary as and when it becomes due.” 3. The writ petition is arising out of appointment of Shiksha Mitra and since it was also noted in impugned order that new process was already initiated in view of orders passed by this Court in other writ petitions as well as in special appeal, therefore, no relief can be granted to petitioner. 4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. 5. However, petitioner will have liberty to file recall or review application, as the case may be, if cause still survives, within eight weeks from today. 6.
