2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:-
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and further be pleased to quash the cognizance order dated 21.12.2018 taken by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) registering the Criminal Case No. 8736/2018 and further be pleased to quash the Final Report No. 209/2018 dated 31.10.2018 for the offence punishable under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 34 of Indian Penal Code and FIR bearing Crime No. 145/2008 dated 04.07.2008 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District - Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 420, 34 of Indian Penal Code (in respect of the present applicant only), in the interest of justice.”

At the time of hearing, this Court has observed that the petitioner has filed the present petition without appropriate prayer which is defective one as the charge framing order has not been challenged, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition with such a vague and sketchy prayer, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for subject to depositing a sum of Rs.
2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court for
3 wasting precious time fo the court and the said amount shall be transmitted to the Government Multi-Disabled Home, Village Pendri, District- Janjgir- Champa (C.G.). 6.
