Case No.621 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302 & 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh No.III, learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad.

Suspicion was raised against this petitioner that she had poisoned the deceased. Petitioner was apprehended and she confessed her guilt that she wanted to marry elsewhere and the deceased was coming in her way, due to which, she murdered him.
