This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the proceeding being Session Case No. 71 of 2023 arising out of Babibpur Police Station Case No. 71 of 2022 dated 25.02.2022 under Sections 14(A)(B)/14(C) of the Foreigners Act, 1946 pending before the Court of Learned Assistant Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Malda. 2. Considering the nature of prayer made in this revisional application, service of notice upon the opposite party stands dispensed with. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that Learned Assistant Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Malda did not pass any consequential order after accused pleaded guilty at the time of consideration of charge. In support of his submission, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner has referred to the certified copy of the order dated 27.07.2023, wherefrom it appears that Learned Assistant Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Malda read over an explanation the charge to the petitioners namely, Sanjit Tudu and Samir Tudu who peaded guilty but no order was passed in respect of petitioners by the Learned Assistant Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Malda. 4. Considering all facts and circumstances, Learned Assistant Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Malda is directed to pass an consequential order, while the petitioners have already pleaded guilty of committing offence charged against them, within two weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of. 6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings. 7. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court. 8.
