2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 10 of 2025 arising out of Sonari P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1101 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376(2) (n), 313, 341, 323 & .34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- VII-cum-F.T.C., Special Court (CAW), Jamshedpur.
3. On the promise of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a widow lady. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. It further appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for about five years.
4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- VII-cum-F.T.C., Special Court (CAW), Jamshedpur in connection with S.T. Case No. 10 of 2025 arising out of Sonari P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1101 of 2024.
