Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. By means of the present application under Section 529 BNSS, the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Court concern to expedite the Criminal Case No. 36 of 2024 (State Vs. Kaish Uddin and another), in Case Crime No. 0116 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C and 3/4 D.P.Act, Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj pending in the Court of A.C.J. (J.D.), 21, District Allahabad expeditiously as possible as within short stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court. 3. It was submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has filed a complaint under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C and 3/4 D.P.Act in the year 2024 but the same has not been decided so far due to which, applicant is suffering irreparable loss. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed off with a direction to the Court concern to consider and decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, in accordance with law.
