1. Challenge in the present petition is to the notice/announcement dated 14.07.2024 qua ESP (Gen.) category issued by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission wherein the candidates having less marks than the petitioners have been declared selected, ignoring their claim.
2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that as regards their grievances mentioned in the petition, the petitioner(s) have already sent representations dated 14.11.2024 and 13.12.2024 (Annexure P-16 and P-17) to respondent No.2-the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission and they would be satisfied in case the said respondent is directed to consider and decide the said representations by passing well reasoned and speaking order(s) in a time bound manner.

4. Ms. Tanisha Peshawaria, DAG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent(s)-State and submits that she has no objection to the aforesaid prayer being granted.

With the consent of the parties, the present petition is accordingly disposed of without commenting on the merits of the present case and with a direction to respondent No.2-the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission to take note of the representations dated 14.11.2024 and 13.12.2024 (Annexure P-16 and P-17) sent by the petitioners and to pass well reasoned and speaking order(s) thereupon after granting an opportunity of hearing to the respective parties in accordance with law and preferably within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this
order.
