In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to respondent No.1 to hear and decide the statutory departmental revision dated 13.4.2025 (Annexure P-4) alongwith application for stay dated 13.4.2025 (Annexure P-5) filed by the petitioner against the order dated 3.3.2025 passed by respondent No.3 being the Appellate Authority and order dated 12.8.2021 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.4 being Punishing Authority in a time bound manner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction may be given to respondent No.1 to decide the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 13.4.2025 alongwith application for stay dated 13.4.2025 by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. He further prays that till the final disposal of the said revision petition, no recovery from the salary of the petitioner be made. 3. Notice of motion. In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1-Revisional Authority to consider and decide the revision petition dated 13.4.2025 (Annexure P-4) alongwith application for stay dated 13.4.2025 (Annexure P-5) filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 6. Since the statutory revision petition filed by the petitioner is pending and yet to be decided, it will be in the interest of justice that no further recovery from the salary of the petitioner be effected.
