Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioners submitted that petitioners do not want to press the instant petition, as such, the writ petition be dismissed as not pressed. 4. In view of the facts mentioned in the affidavit as well as the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. 5. Application is accordingly allowed. Order on Writ Petition In view of the order passed in Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.6 of 2025, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed and interim order granted by this Court is vacated.
