Side) would submit that already, a final report was submitted by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore on 22.09.2022 with a prayer to close the case. The final report has been assigned number as R.C.No.8 of 2022 and notice was issued to the complainant and the complainant has also endorsed no objection for closure of the F.I.R and the matter is now posted to 17.07.2025 for perusal of the records and passing of final orders on the closure report. 3.
