The applicant has filed this application to transfer the petition which is filed by the non- applicant before the Family Court at Akola to Civil Judge Senior Division at Hinganghat, Wardha. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant has stated that the applicant is staying at Hinganghat with her parents along with four years old son. It is difficult for her to travel along with her child from Hinganghat to Akola, which is 250 Kms away. The economical condition of her parents is not good and she is totally dependent on her parents. Prity 2 / 2 54.mca249.2025 3. Two proceedings are already pending before the Hinganghat Court i.e. the Maintenance Petition and Domestic Violence Petition. The non- applicant is appearing in said matters, hence, prayed to transfer the matter which is pending before the Family Court at Akola to Civil Judge Senior Division at Hinganghat, Wardha. 4. Though, the non-applicant is served, he is not present before the Court. 5. Two proceedings which are pending before the Hinganghat Court, the non-applicant is appearing in said matters, it will be convenient for both of them, if the matter is transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division at Hinganghat Court to attend all the matters on same date. 6. Hence, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. The Petition bearing No.A- 33/2025, pending before the Family Court at Akola is transferred to the file of Civil Judge Senior Division at Hinganghat, Wardha. (Mrs. Vrushali V. Joshi, J.) Prity
