PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner 2. is aged about 77 years and is the mother of the respondents 2 and 3. The respondents 4 and 5 are wives of the respondents 2 and 3. It is submitted that the petitioner is unable to maintain herself. However, the entire family property has been occupied and has been in possession and enjoyment of the respondents and the petitioner is left to wind. 2 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the limited prayer in this criminal petition is seeking expedite disposal of D.V.C.No.2 of 2024 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class Hindupur. 4. Considering the submissions and after a case of the matter seeking interim maintenance to 5, who are all none other than perusing the record, this is against the respondents 2 sons and daughter-in-laws. The condition of the petitioner is pitiable, and it is unfortunate that she has been approaching Court seeking maintenance against her sons. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the DVC filed by the petitioner against the ought to be disposed of in an expeditious respondents manner. 5. In these circumstances, the Judicial Magistrate of First Flindupur, is hereby directed to dispose of the D.V.C.No.2 of 2024 Class, , as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
