The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition for 47 days from 07.03.2025 and investigation is completed and charge sheet has also been filed. 4. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P.
