ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the coercive and retaliatory action of the 4th respondent against the petitioner by summoning the petitioner to the police station on daily basis as a consequences of filing wit petition before this Honble court as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 14,19 and 21 of Constitution of India, Consequently direction the respondents herein not to

summon the petitioner to police station, not to interfere in the petitioners life and liberty.”
2. Heard Ms.K.Sumathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station on daily basis and interfering in a financial dispute between the petitioner and unofficial respondents.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that this is a second writ petition filed by the petitioner; earlier a writ petition was
disposed of directing the police to look into the representation of the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would further submit that the police have not registered any crime on the representation of the petitioner since the matter is civil in nature. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that now the police are calling the petitioner to the police station every day. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home vehemently opposed the same and would submit that the police are not interfering in a financial dispute between the parties and they are not calling the petitioner to the police station.
5. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
