This writ petition is pending for last 14 years. 2. None appears for petitioner, however, Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for BSA is present. 3. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following relief :- "(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct/command to the respondent-3 shall insure the arrear of the payment of salary from the period August 2009 to September 2013 and further the post retiral dues shall also release in favour of petitioner along with permissible interest." 4. Learned counsel for respondents refers averments made in this writ petition that petitioner has lost vision up to 75%. 5. Learned counsel further submits that retiral benefits has already been paid to petitioner and probably no grievance is left. 6. It appears that it could be a reason that learned advocates for petitioner as well as petitioner himself are not diligent to pursue their case. 7.
