Counsel appearing for Respondent No.5 submits that the Representation dated 30.12.2024 (Ex.P1), submitted by the Writ Petitioners, is under consideration. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into the merits, by directing Respondent No.5 to consider the Representation, dated 30.12.2024 (Ex.P1) submitted by the Writ Petitioners and pass a Speaking Order in accordance with the law within a period of two (02) weeks from today, and furnish a copy of such Order to the Writ Petitioners forthwith. The Writ Petitioners are directed to submit a copy of this Order along with photocopy of the Representation to Respondent No.5 within one week from today, for effective compliance.
