Mr. Brij Raj Verma, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's husband drowned in the river. The unfortunate accident is covered by the scheme "State Disasters Response Fund". He seeks intervention by Court for obtaining the compensation. 2. Mr. P.K. Srivastava, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and refers to communication dated 29th August, 2024 made by the Tehsildar saying, it is a case of suicide based on viral suicide note-message. 3. Respondent no. 3 (the District Magistrate) is directed to consider petitioner's claim under representation dated 16th January, 2025. Said respondent will consider the communication made by the Tehsildar and verify basis of viral message, which by itself is unreliable evidence. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order to respondent no.3. Within four weeks of communication, said respondent is to inform petitioner, result of the consideration. 4.
