As per the medical report of son of the informant Shubham Jaiswal, he received injuries which were found simple in nature. The other injured also received injuries which were found simple in nature. The nature of the injuries shows that there was no intent to murder. In the statement of the victim under Section 183 B.N.S.S., specific role of assault on the head of Shubham Jaiswal has been assigned to accused Pintu Bind.
