Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mother of the petitioner has expired on 20.10.2025, therefore, the petitioner has to perform the rituals and therefore, the petitioner may be released on interim bail for four days by allowing the interim bail application. 2. In support of his contentions, he has filed the death certificate and this fact is verified by learned Public Prosecutor through the concerned SHO. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has not seriously opposed the prayer for interim bail application. In view of the above, the application for interim bail of the petitioner-Krishan Kumar S/o Bahadur Singh is accepted and it is directed that he may be released on interim bail from 31.10.2025 to 03.11.2025 in connection with FIR No.118/2025 registered at Police Station Buhana, District Jhunjhunu for offences under Sections 281 and 106(1) of BNS, 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court below. The petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Authorities on 04.11.2025. 5. Let a copy of this order be supplied to the jail authorities. 6.
