Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim application stands closed. 3. At the same time, we find that the impugned order dated 14.3.2025 has been uploaded without cause-title. This is despite the specific instructions issued vide Circular bearing ROC No.117334-A/2024/F1, dated 20.11.2024 to the following effect: “It is hereby informed that, in view of the problem relating to delay in issuance of certified copies of orders, judgments, decrees, etc., it has been decided that in all orders, the cause title as well as appearance of counsel/advocates shall be mentioned. In reportable judgments, the full cause title should be mentioned and in other cases, short cause title should be mentioned. This shall be done by the P.As/Private Secretaries to the Hon'ble Judges while transcribing the orders and judgments dictated to them. The said orders can be extracted from the website of the High Court and the Registry will certify the same as a certified copy. This would include copies of interim orders as well, with the exception of adjournment and re-notification.
