This matrimonial dispute is amicably settled between the parties outside the Court. A joint compromise pursis containing terms of settlement is filed which is signed by both the parties and their respective advocates. The same is marked ‘X’ for identification. 2. Appellant is virtually present and respondent is personally present in the Court. They are identified by their respective advocates. They both confirm that they have settled the matter amicably and as per the compromise terms mentioned in the compromise pursis. 3. Learned Advocate for the appellant states that he has brought two demand drafts of total amount of Rs. 30 Lakhs, which he is 2 of 2 929 FCA22.2024 depositing today in the Registry. Copies of which are annexed to the consent terms. Registry to accept the demand drafts. 4. In view of the settlement, appellant and respondent are granted a decree of divorce under Section 13 (1) (i-b) of the Hindu marriage Act, 1955. 5. Family Court Appeal is disposed of in terms of consent terms. 6.
