ORDER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“.... to issue a Writ/Order/Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the action of the 3rd and 4th respondents in not receiving the Building Permission Application of the petitioners by issuing treasury challan against house No.2-3-388/A1 to A3 situated in Sy.No.949, K.V.Lay-out, Tirupati is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, without jurisdiction and in violation of Art.14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents forthwith to receive the application of the petitioners for granting building permission against the petitioners’ House No.2-3-388/A1 to A3 of petitioners situated in K.V. Layout, Tirupati...”

The present grievance of the petitioners is that, the respondents are not receiving the building permission application of the petitioners pertaining to house No.2-3-388/A1 to A3 situated in Sy.No.949, K.V.Lay-out, Tirupati. 3. While ordering notice before admission on 10.07.2015, this Court passed the following interim order:
“…there shall be an interim direction directing the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to receive the Building Permission application of the petitioners by issuing a Treasurey Challan against Door Nos.2-3-388/A1 to A3 situated in K.V.Lay-out, Tirupati.”
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation. 5. This Court already granted interim order vide order dated 10.07.2015 directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to receive the building permission application of the petitioners by issuing necessary treasury challan. 3

In view of the same, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to receive the building permission application of the petitioners by issuing Treasury challan against D.Nos.2-3-388/A1 to A3 situated in K.V.Layout, Tirupati and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. __________________ JUSTICE V.SUJATHA Date: 08.01.2025 KGR
