1. Alleging that the respondents have not complied with the orders and directions issued by this Court in W.P. (S) No. 11751 of 2025 dated 13.10.2025, the petitioner/complainant is before this court in this contempt petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order under contempt has been complied with and the petitioner has joined duties at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Raipur.

Learned counsel for the respondent No. 3, on instructions, conceded the submission of learned counsel for petitioner that the order under contempt has been complied with, therefore, nothing remains in the instant petition to proceed further in this contempt petition.
4. In view of above submissions made on behalf of the petitioner that the
order under contempt has complied with by the respondents, I do not find any reason to proceed further in the matter initiating contempt proceeding against the respondents.
