This writ petition has been filed for quashing the first information report dated 28.8.2024, under sections 323, 354, 506 I.P.C., registered as Case Crime No. 418 of 2024, P.S. Bisauli, District Badaun. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State submitted that the Charge sheet No. 412/2024 has been forwarded on 31.10.2024 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
