I Additional Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram. 2. It is alleged that the possession and transportation involved 3.00 kgs of ganja, which is not a commercial quantity. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the condition imposed by the learned Trial Court is onerous and that the petitioner is unable to comply with the bond condition imposed by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-IX Additional District Judge, FAC I Additional Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, while enlarging the petitioner/Accused No.5 on bail, and it is urged to relax the condition. 3. I Additional Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, against the petitioner/Accused No.5 is hereby modified as under: i. The Petitioner/Accused No.5 shall be enlarged on bail upon execution of a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned VII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajahmundry. 5. The residual conditions imposed by the learned Judge, Family Court- Cum-IX Additional District Judge, FAC. I Additional Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, in the original order shall remain in force and shall be duly complied with by the Petitioner/Accused No.5. 6.
