JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 18-06-2025 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 228 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 126(2), 115(2), 96, 303(2), 352, 308(2), 3(5) of the BNS and later on charge-sheet has been filed under Section 87 and 64(1) of the BNS and under Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of abducting the victim and have committed rape upon her. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36388 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 4. It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the victim has got married and the victim is pregnant also. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2025. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Industrial P.S.
