This Court, vide order dated 02.05.2025, passed in MCRC No. 2385 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Anjan Bhaisa @ Neelu, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certi;ed copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Balodabazar, District – Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) through learned Principal District and RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 Sessions Judge, District – Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 28.10.2025 has requested for grant of 03 month’s time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the present case is at the stage of prosecution evidence, and 4 prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined by the trial Court, the trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of 03 month’s time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of 03 months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o2 with the aforesaid direction. 7.
