Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are calling the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against him and interfering in civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents would submit that no crime has been registered against the petitioner and they are not interfering in civil dispute between the parties. 5. Recording the same, the write petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in a civil dispute, except under due process of law. 6.
